Purchase Procedure
● To conclude the purchase transaction on corojewels.com, you must complete the electronic Order Form.
● The contract is concluded upon us receiving the Order Form completed correctly and the corresponding payment.
● By transmitting the Order Form electronically, the buyer agrees to abide by all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale from this page.
● Should you not agree with any of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit your order or contact us for any clarification.
Order Amendments
We cannot guarantee that any changes to orders already submitted will be implemented; orders are usually put into production within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment in advance. Subsequent requests for order amendments concerning products or shipping methods are intended only as exceptions and, therefore, must be authorized considering the order status. On the basis of the order amendments requested, costs and delivery times will need to be reconsidered
Full or partial refunds will be made via the method used upon payment. Euro will be the default currency for reimbursembents, even if the original transaction was concluded in a different currency; you will be credited the amount received by corojewels.com , deducted shipping costs and commissions.
Products offer

Any non-availability

Shipping and Deliveries
Any storage and/or redelivery costs due to the Customer’s absence on the second attempt of delivery from the courier will be charged to the Customer. The risks of the Product are transferred to the Buyer at the time of delivery or from the day the couriers first show up.
The days indicated as delivery days are intended to be working days, as couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and holidays.
